General Terms and Conditions:
•Please consider selecting at least 2 men if there are any BULKY or HEAVY items for one man to carry.
Example : 3 Seater Sofa, Washing Machine, Chest of Drawers.
Unless there’s help on both destinations.
•Please note: We accept payment methods such as Bank transfers or Cash.
•We require a deposit for every booking.
•Remember to complete the payment BEFORE UNLOADING the van because late payments will delay unloading, increasing the booking duration.
•If the booking is on an HOURLY RATE, the time will start when the driver arrives/calls the office and stops when the last item is placed where the customer wishes/calls the office. (Hourly Rate)
•If the work takes longer, the driver updates the price, and the customer gets updates via SMS or email.
•If congestion and ULEZ charges apply, they will be added to the final price upon job completion.
•Please note that the customer’s responsibility is arranging the required vehicles’ parking spaces/permits. If parking restrictions exist, a parking permit must be provided.
•If the customer decides to pack their boxes, please note not to overload them and exceed 20-25 KG per box, as our team has the right to ask you to repack them.
•All prices mentioned are on a GROUND-to-GROUND basis.
•Properties with STAIRS/LIFT are subject to an extra charge
•We charge an HOURLY or FIXED price
•If the distance does not exceed 10 miles, we do not charge for the distance. If the distance exceeds 10 miles, we charge for the total distance.
•Minimum booking standard 2 HOURS
•Insurance cover can be added for an additional cost.
